Exploring Critical Success factors of Second-Generation Entrepreneurs
If you opened a business in the 1960s or 1970s you are getting ready to retire (and well I might add). Who is going to take over your business? If your children are already successfully running the family business, we want to interview them – and you to see if we can find a common element in successful second-generation entrepreneurs.
If your children are not interested or capable of managing the business, we would also like to know why not.
This is a critical success factor study – which means that scholarly literature provides a foundation for a series of open ended questions we ask during an interview. If you are interested in learning more about second-generation entrepreneurs, please contact us. This study is scheduled to begin in early 2018.
